My Idea is:
One 30 days program one 13 days program should run simultaneously for each month, according to the budget as well as target for the respective quarter and two 06 days program is opt for every 45 days means two six days program per quarter.
So A quarter consists :-
30 days batches 3 x 30 candidates = 120 candidates
13 days batches 3 x 25 candidates = 75 candidates
06 days batches 2 x 25 candidates = 50 candidates
Total = 210 candidates per quarter
+/- 10% candidates, average is 189 candidates per quarter
189x4= 756 average candidates per year.
For example:
beginning of summer no sufficient AC programs are there for according to demand. respectively No dst will come in summer, we also not supposed to pressurize to come by lasting their business. ultimately we are losing candidates, so need to plan AC repair batches from December and Jan so we can have a sure shot settlement for next quarter at least.
in summer, Mothers wont able to come for tailoring programs, they busy with home works.
In April all institutes planning for tailoring at a time with less number of candidates and running lack of DSTs. in number we have dsts but experienced one's know what's happening.
Beautician & Tailoring are the major feed, but giving two batches in one trade and repeating same dst for same trade leads to quality issues.
only one beautician and tailoring batches in each quarter with 45 days difference after closing of the batch at least can make difference in terms of quality.
I just have tiny experience, the above are only my perceptions according my experience,
that why asking a collective ideas. welcoming ideas, always ready to correct my self.
u can mail ur ideas to my mail. for every idea credits will be given, no idea stealing's .
so we should have a collective plan for proper execution for training schedule. AAP is there, but we know the actual feasibility.
